1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using Ship React Native ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use the Product.

2. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the boilerplate code for unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Modify the code to suit your needs
• Create derivative works for your own use

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the source code
• Create competing products using the boilerplate
• Claim ownership of the original code
• Share your license with others

3. Premium Services

For Kickstart and Launch packages:

• Sessions must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase
• Launch package includes 2 rounds of revisions
• Post-launch support is valid for 30 days from app store approval
• App store approval is subject to Apple and Google's review processes
• We do not guarantee approval or specific timelines

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Product, please contact us at contact@shipreactnative.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Updates

Your purchase includes lifetime access to updates. Updates are provided as-is, and we reserve the right to modify the scope and frequency of updates at any time.

6. Disclaimer

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Product will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free. You are responsible for testing and validating the code for your use case.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ship React Native or its creator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Product.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
